Can I just tell you how excited I am about this new blog I have created? I LOVE it!!! It is my scrapbook and journal all in one. I had been giving some thought in to trying to change up my old blog for some time but the more I thought about it I really wanted a snazzier url. After navigating around the blog world over the past five months and seeing all of the creative names out there, I decided it was time to do that for myself! With names like Tatertots and Jello or lizardnladybug, I had to come up with something different. My very first thought...Two Bobcats. That should tell you something. That short little phrase consisting of those two little words pretty much sums it all up. We are a family of four that spends countless hours on the football field, basketball court, soccer field or baseball diamond playing, coaching, and cheering on our two little bobcats and their friends every week and we all love every minute of it. The fact that we have only just begun this phase of our journey and have years and years ahead of us absolutely warms my heart. I don't want it to go by too fast but I look forward to every minute of it!
I love this town I call home. I love the pride that exudes from this place. I love that my child can and has prayed in school. I love the friends we have made and the close knit relationship we all share. I love that my husband is one of the Coach Chad's and that he is making a difference in the lives of children. I love that my boys know now and will always look back and remember that their dad was there for them and shared in the sweet, sweet victories as well as the defeats. I love to dress in my orange on game day! I love to walk in my child's elementary school and have kids wave or stop and say "hi Mrs. Cunningham" or "that is Christian's mom". I love to wave at a car when it passes by and have them wave back or vice versa. I love to walk in the Bobcat and have E.L say, "hi young lady, you keeping Chad in line". I love to walk in my little church on Sunday. I love that we are raising our boys in this community where the saying goes it takes a village to raise a child. I would not live anywhere else.
In this digital era in which I have not had pictures developed in ages and therefore have nothing to scrapbook nor the time to do it. I love this blog. I love that it has given me the same joy and fulfillment in this day that my scrapbooks used to do years ago. This truly is my scrapbook that I will have printed and bound into a book. If anyone reads it or looks at the pictures then great but if not that is great too because I will have it and so will my kids.
